The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from James Emmanuel Inkpen on the grounds that the Parties have lived separate and apart continuously and without cohabitation or interruption for a period in excess of one year.

An affidavit having been filed that James Emmanuel Inkpen, defendant, is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and that due diligence has been used by or on behalf of Barbara Jean Burke, plaintiff, to ascertain the location of the defendant is without effect;

UPON CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, this order of publication is granted and the Defendant, James Emmanuel Inkpen, is hereby ORDERED to appear before this Court, on the the 1st day of June, 2012, at 12:00 Noon, and protect his interests.
