AMENDED ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to partition certain property located in Prince Edward County being the same tract of land conveyed to Henderson C. Vaughan dated September 21, 1885 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County, Virginia, in Deed Book 37, page 235. The above named defendants are believed to be heirs of Henderson C. Vaughan and Nannie C. Vaughan and may have an interest in the real property which is the subject of this suit.

It appearing from an affidavit that there are parties who may be nonresidents of the Commonwealth of Virginia, that there are parties whose whereabouts are unknown and that there may be parties defendant who are unknown parties, it is ordered that the defendants named herein appear before this Court before May 11th, 2012, and do what is necessary to protect his or her interest herein.

It is FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for four successive weeks in The Farmville Herald, a newspaper published in Farmville, Virginia, and having general circulation in Prince Edward County, Virginia.
