CUMBERLAND, March 15 – Aubrey Leslie Woolridge, 78, of Cumberland, departed this life on Sunday, March 11, 2012 in Farmville.

He is survived by his loving wife, Roberta Woolridge; two sons, Aubrey L. Woolridge Jr. (Priscilla) and Derek L. Woolridge; daughter, Lillian Evans (Kevin); two stepsons, Willie Jones (Linda) and Henry Jones (Terry); two stepdaughters, Mattie Sims and Alice Jones; three grandchildren; ten step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; seven step-great-grandchildren; a sister, Beatrice Kennedy (Hugh); two brothers, Wilbert Woolridge (Irene) and Steve Woolridge (Eve); aunt, Flora Thomas; uncle, Edward Woolridge; sister-in-law, Helen Green; two brothers-in-law, Sidney Green (Joan) and Floyd Green; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

His remains rest at Marian Gray Thomas Funeral Home where public viewing will be held Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
<br />Funeral service will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Rocky Mount Baptist Church, Cumberland, with the Rev. Larry E. Smith, pastor, officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
