Mr. and Mrs. Michael Hubbard, of Buckingham, and Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Stalnaker, of Chesterfield, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Holly Ann Stalnaker, to David Mark Asal Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. David “Mark” Asal, of Cumberland.

The future bride is a 2007 graduate of Buckingham County High School and is currently attending Longwood University pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Studies.

The future groom is a 2007 graduate of Fuqua School and is em-ployed as a sawyer at Johnny Asal Lumber Company.

A June 16 wedding is planned.
