Several Area Athletes On All-District Teams

Cumberland High School senior Devonte Booker and Buckingham County High School senior Tarian Ayers were named to the James River District's All-District Boys Basketball First Team in voting taken by the leagues coaches prior to the district tournament.
Amelia County High School's Dante Bournes was named the district's Player of the Year, and ACHS head coach Everett Watkins was named the league's Coach of the Year.
