The Farmville Town Council and Planning Commission will hold a joint Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m., on Wednesday, February 29, 2012, in the Council Chambers located on the Second Floor of the Town Hall, 116 North Main Street Farmville Virginia, for the purpose of hearing citizen comments on the following rezoning request:

• Request from the Farmville Area Habitat for Humanity to rezone 3.828 acres of property from B-4 to R-3 on Andrews Drive (parcel #23A8-A-23/instrument #201100210) for use as single family/multi-family dwellings.

The Planning Commission will hold a meeting following the Public Hearing to consider the above zoning matters.

Any person wishing to comment on the above mentioned matter, should plan to attend this hearing.
