The modifications to the CAP are to be submitted to the Blue Ridge Regional Office – Lynchburg of the DEQ on January 17, 2012. If you would like to review or discuss the proposed changes to the CAP with the staff of the DEQ, please feel free to contact Mr. Joey A. Daniel, Remediation Geologist Senior at (434) 582-6213. The DEQ Blue Ridge Regional Office will consider written comments regarding proposed changes to the CAP until February 16, 2012 and may decide to hold a public meeting if there is significant public interest. Written comments should be sent to the DEQ at the address listed below. The DEQ requests that all written comments reference the tracking number for this case; PC# 2006-7005.
