Any person having an interest in that certain 20 acre parcel of land in Slate River District of Buckingham County, VA, known as Tax Map # 14 – 49, herein proceeded against as PARTIES UNKNOWN.

The object of this suit is to sell that parcel of realty in Slate River District of Buckingham County, Virginia containing twenty (20) acres and known as Tax Map #14-49, titled in the name of Walter Fletcher Logan, to pay certain liens against said Defendant, and it appears from Affidavit filed herein that the whereabouts of Walter Fletcher Logan, or whether he be alive, are unknown and that there may be other Parties unknown with an interest in said real estate, either as part owner or as creditor, it is Ordered that said Parties appear before this Court on or before this 2nd day of April, 2012, and do what is necessary to protect their interest herein.
