ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of the above-styled suit is to obtain a final divorce from the defendant on the grounds that the parties have lived separate and apart without any cohabitation and without interruption for a period of time in excess of one year.

Upon a determination by the court, upon plaintiff's affadavit filed according to law, defendant, whose last known address is unknown, cannot be found; and that diligence has been used without effect to ascertain her location; it is therefore ORDERED that the defendant, Valiri Riggleman, appear before this Court on or before the 15th day of March, 2012, and do what is necessary to protect her interests in this suit.

It is further ORDERED that a copy of this Order of Publication be posted on the main entrance to the Courthouse.
