The object of this suit is to have partition of the real estate described in the Partition Suit in this case in some manner prescribed by law, containing approximately 71.51 acres lying and being in Prospect Magisterial District of Prince Edward County, Virginia, and now owned by the parties to this suit.
And it appearing by Affidavit that Jeanie Greene, resides at 542 Pittsburgh Ave., Turners Station, MD 21222; Mary Lavender, resides at 4616 Park Heights, Baltimore, MD 21215; Freeman E. Greene, Jr., resides at Mill Court, New Cannon, CT 06840; Cecilia Welborne resides at 2333 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10037; Charles Greene, Jr. resides at an unknown address; Ester Greene resides at an unknown address; Joyce Greene resides at an unknown address, William H. Coker resides at 240 Nagle Avenue, New York, New York 10034; Marion E. Watkins' mailing address is P.O. Box 505, Mount Vernon, New York 10551 but resides at an unknown address; and that there are unknown heirs, assigns, devisees, or successors in interest of Mary V. Green (sometimes spelled Greene) whose addresses are unknown and are non-residents of the State of Virginia, they are hereby ORDERED to appear on the 9th day of March, 2012, at 12:00 Noon, and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
And it is further ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Farmville Herald newspaper, a newspaper of general publication in the County of Prince Edward, Virginia; that a copy of this Order be posted at the front door of the Courthouse wherein this Court is held; and that a copy of this Order be mailed to the defendants at the addresses shown by the aforesaid Affidavit.
