Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated January 28, 2005, in the original principal amount of $133,000.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Prince Edward, Virginia as Instrument No. 200500357, the undersigned Substitute Trustees, will sell at public auction on December 21, 2011, at 1:00 p.m., in front of the building housing the Prince Edward County Circuit Court, Courthouse Building, 124 North Main Street, Farmville, VA 23901, the property designated as Lot 3 of Tuggle Acres containing 2.10 acres, more or less, and being more particularly described on that certain plat dated January 4, 1993, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Plat 6, page 99.
