ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this proceeding is to effectuate the adoption of the above-named child by Phillip C. Sterling, joined by Jessica Sterling (formerly Jessica Thibodeaux), and to change the name of said child to S.L.S.

An affidavit having been made and filed that the defendant is a nonresident of the Commonwealth, that due diligence has been used by and on behalf of the petitioners herein to ascertain in what county or city the natural father, Jason Michael Lee, is without effect, and that his consent is unobtainable, it is ORDERED that he appear before this Court on the 9th day of February, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. to indicate his position with regard to the proposed adoption and otherwise do what is necessary to protect his interests herein.

It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Farmville Herald, a newspaper published in Farmville, Virginia.
