In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $186,850.00, with an annual interest rate of 5.2500% from DORIS SMITH dated March 4, 2011, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND as Deed Book/Instrument # 20110243, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Cumberland located at Route 60, County Office Building, Cumberland, Virginia on January 23, 2012 at 2:00 PM, the property with improvements to wit:

ALL THOSE CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND, LYING AND BEING IN THE HAMILTON DISTRICT, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, VIRGINIA, AND DESIGNATED AS PARCEL 2 ON A CERTAIN PLAT ENTITLED “PLAT OF FOUR PARCELS OF LAND IN THE HAMILTON DISTRICT OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, VIRGINIA”, MADE BY EDMUND C. BURRUSS, BURRUSS LAND AND SURVEY COMPANY, DATED JANUARY 28, 1996, A COPY OF WHICH IS ATTACHED TO AN RECORDED WITH THE DEED IN THE CLERK'S OFFICE, CIRCUIT COURT. CUMBERLAND COUNTY, VIRGINIA, AS DEED NO. 20040136, AND TO WHICH PLAT REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE FOR A MORE PARTICULAR DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY.
