In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $50,000.00 (with interest), from Gwendolyn M. Dowdy, dated March 2, 2004 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Prince Edward, Virginia in Instrument No. 200400546; default having occurred in the payment of the Note thereby secured and at the request of the holder (SLM Mortgage Corporation – VA), of said Note, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the entrance of the Circuit Court for the County of Prince Edward, Courthouse Building, 124 North Main Street, Farmville, Virginia 23901, on November 18, 2011 at 12:30 o'clock p.m., the property briefly described in said deed, located at the above address and briefly described as:

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, on the east side of Bridge Street, containing 0.323 acre, in the Town of Farmville, Prince Edward County, Virginia, designated as 412 Bridge Street and shown by metes and bounds on a plat made by Maxey-Hines Associates, dated April 24, 1991, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County, Virginia in Deed Book 263, at page 149. Reference is hereby made to said plat for a more particular metes and bounds description as contained in said plat. The description contained in said plat is incorporated herein by reference as if same were textually herein contained.

This conveyance is made subject to all easements, rights of way, and restrictive covenants now of record and affecting the subject property.
