The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Plaintiff for delinquent taxes against certain real estate described as follows:
PARCEL I: All that parcel of land in the Town of Farmville, Prince Edward County, Virginia, being Lot 1 on a plat recorded in Deed Book 79, page 447 and designated as parcel no. 023A4171 6.
PARCEL II: All that parcel of land in the Town of Farmville, Prince Edward County, Virginia, being Lot 2 on a plat recorded in Deed Book 79, page 447 and designated as parcel no. 023A4171 5.
standing in the names of John Banks and John Banks, Jr., pursuant to Section 58.1-3967 of the Code of Virginia.
And an affidavit having been filed that due diligence has been used to ascertain the names and location of all of the heirs, devisees and successors in title of Eugene Banks; that there are or may be other persons having an interest in the real estate forming the subject matter of this suit, whose names and last post office addresses are unknown, namely, the unknown heirs, devisees and successors in title of Eugene Banks; that John Banks and John Banks, Jr. are nonresidents of the state of Virginia, both having a last known post office addresses of P.O. Box 3238, East Orange, NJ 07017.
It is ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Farmville Herald and that the parties named herein appear on or before Nov. 28, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for the County of Prince Edward, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this suit.
