Editor, The Herald:

I would like to thank everyone that went out and voted yesterday. I would also like to thank the citizens of District 5 in Cumberland County that have provided me with the opportunity to again serve as your School Board Representative. I truly appreciate your support, and take this responsibility that you have given me very seriously.

Congratulations to all of the recently elected local and state officers, and I look forward to working with the schools administration, my fellow Board members, and the Cumberland County Board of Supervisors to continue to provide a top notch education experience to the youth of Cumberland County. Together, we will continue to improve our “model school system in the Commonwealth of Virginia.”

Thanks again, and I look forward to working for you, and seeing you in the months ahead.
