Pursuant to the terms of a deed of trust dated March 21, 2005, in the original principal amount of $107,500.00, recorded in the Clerk's Office, Circuit Court for the County of Prince Edward, Virginia, as Instrument Number 200500748 the property briefly described below will be offered for sale at public auction.

Lot 14, containing 3.21 acres, more or less, as the same is duly dedicated, platted and recorded in Plat Book 6 at page 32, among the land records for the County of Prince Edward, Virginia, as more particularly described in the referenced Deed of Trust, (the “Property”). Less and except that certain strip or parcel of land conveyed to the Commonwealth of Virginia, by deed dated February 7, 2006, recorded May 24, 2006, in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court, Prince Edward County, Virginia, as Instrument Number 200601469.

The sale will take place on November 3, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the main entrance of the building housing the Circuit Court for the County of Prince Edward, Virginia.
