Parcel 2, containing 0.62 of an acre, more or less, fronting on Virginia Secondary Route #699 (Darbytown Road), dated De-cember 2, 1982, recorded, in Deed Book 126, at page 664, with improvements thereon.

TERMS OF SALE: CASH: A deposit of $10,000.00, or 10% of the sales price, whichever is lower, cash or certified check, will be required at the time of sale with settlement within fifteen (15) days from the date of sale.
