The purpose of this suit is to collect sums of money owed Plaintiff by the Defendants for real estate tax payments made by Plaintiff on behalf of the Defendants. It appearing by Affidavit filed herein that the whereabouts of Defendant, Walter Fletcher Logan or his successors in interest are unknown individuals and that there may be PARTIES UNKNOWN who are indebted to Plaintiff, it is therefore Ordered that the said Walter Fletcher Logan or his heirs, devisees, assigns and successors in interest appear before this Court on or before the 2nd day of November, 2011, and do whatever is necessary to protect their interest herein.
