She was a very active member of Cornerstone Baptist Church until her health failed.

Mrs. Haskins was joined in holy matrimony to the late Ceasar Haskins. To this union eight children were born, one preceded her in death, Louise E. Blanton.

She leaves to cherish her memories seven children; sister; 21 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and a host of great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and close friends. Two sisters also preceded her in death.

Left to hold her memories, one friend she took under her wing and cared for as her own daughter “Hattie Divens” and a very dedicated nurse's aide Virginia Harris. We thank God for her precious life of 92 years.

Funeral services were held Friday, August 19 at Cornerstone Baptist Church, Cumberland, with the Rev. Lee Watkins Jr. officiating.
