CUMBERLAND, Sept. 8 – Debra Ann Trent, 50, of Cumberland, passed away Monday, September 5, 2011 at her home. Mrs. Trent was a Licensed Practical Nurse.

She is survived by her husband, Andrew Hall Trent Jr.; daughters, Melissa Ladd and Jennifer Trent; granddaughters, Karalyn and Madalyn Ladd, and sister, Donna Klement all of Cumberland and mother, Gracie Danford and brother, James Pembelton Jr. of Walnut Cove, NC. She was preceded in death by her father, James Pembelton Sr.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, September 9, in Hatcher Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 9 p.m., Thursday (tonight) at Dunkum Funeral Home.
