Christmas dated May 23, 2005 and recorded as Instrument #200501341 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County, Virginia, which Noteholder is United States of America, acting through the Rural Housing Service, Department of Agriculture, the undersigned Substitute Trustees, either of whom may act, will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder, at the front entrance of the Prince Edward County Circuit Court, Farmville, Virginia on August 25, 2011 at 12:20 p.m., the following property:
