AUGUST 30 – Edward George Schinabeck, 69, of Farmville, passed away Monday, August 29, 2011 at his residence. He was born in St. Mary's, Pennsylvania to the late George and Mary S. Schinabeck. He was the husband of Priscilla Schinabeck.

He is survived by his wife, Priscilla; daughters, Kimberly White and husband, Keith of Meherrin and Wendy Barber and husband, Richard of Stockdale, Pennsylvania; brother, Thomas Schinabeck of Farmville; sister, Rita Simchick of Johnsonburg, Pennsylvania and grandchildren, Dylan, Morgan and Cole White and Shane and Shaylee Barber. He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Schinabeck.

A funeral mass will be held Thursday, September 1, at 11 a.m. at St. Theresa's Catholic Church with interment in Trinity Memorial Gardens, Rice.

Family will receive friends Wednesday evening 6-8 p.m. at Puckett Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Prince Edward County Volunteer Rescue Squad, Prince Edward County Sheriff's Department or to St. Theresa's Catholic Church.
