The Town of Dillwyn, Virginia is preparing to undertake a Business District Revitalization project that would cover an area running along U.S. 15 within the Town. The project will be funded through Community Development Block Grant funds, and other sources.

In the implementation of this project, the following procurements will be made:

• Design work for facade improvements to commercial buildings within the project area.

• Construction work for facade improvements to commercial buildings within the project area.

• Preparation of marketing promotional materials for downtown businesses.

The Town is soliciting the participation of minority and female owned businesses in carrying out this project. Such business concerns may be included on appropriate bid and procurement lists by submitting a written request within 10 days of this notice. Requests should state the name, address, product or service, and how the firm qualifies as a minority or female owned business concern.
