BUCKINGHAM, July 21 – Mary Maxey Taylor, 81, of Buckingham died Wednesday, July 13, 2011. She was the widow of Robert W. Taylor Sr. and was preceded in death by a son, Robert Taylor Jr.

She is survived by two daughters, Patsy Donnerstag of Madison Heights and Diane Whorley and husband, Kent, of Buckingham; son, Ronnie Taylor and wife, Judy of Richmond; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Nellie Taylor of Buckingham and a brother, Thomas Maxey of Dillwyn.

A funeral service was held July 16 at the Dunkum Funeral Home with interment in the Dillwyn Town Cemetery.

Dunkum Funeral Home, Dillwyn, was in charge of arrangement.
