Hunter Gates Fowlkes is proud to announce the birth of his little sister, Madeline Raye Fowlkes, born on Monday, July 11, at Johnston-Willis Medical Center “Maddie” weighed seven pounds, two ounces and measured 18 inches long. Parents are Alton and Stephanie Fowlkes, of Rice.

Maternal grandparents are Billy and Lillian Newcomb, of Burkeville.

Paternal grandparents are Jean and the late Robert Fowlkes, also of Burkeville. Honoree grandparents are Larry and Suzie Newcomb, of Midlothian.
