In execution of a Deed of Trust from William E. Donaldson and Joy A. Donaldson dated November 2, 2004 and recorded in the Clerk's Office, Circuit Court, County of Prince Edward, Virginia, as instrument number 200402945, securing a loan which was originally $140,000.00. Default having occurred in the payment of the Note thereby secured, and at the request of the holder of said Note, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will offer for sale at public auction at the County of Prince Edward Circuit Courthouse, 124 North Main Street the main entrance, Farmville Virginia on July 19, 2011 at 2:00 PM, the property described in said Deed of Trust, located at the above address and briefly described as: Parcel I: Beginning at a point in the northern edge of Second Street, which said point is in the dividing line of the property hereby described and that now or formerly belonging to Mrs. H.C. Bullock, thence running North 27 deg. 24 min. east a distance of 190.0 ft. to a point; thence running north 24 deg. 35 min. east a distance of 87.5 ft. to a point; thence running south 31 deg. 28 min. east a distance of 92.7 ft. to a point; thence running south 27 deg. 24 min. west a distance of 229.5 ft. to the northern edge of Second Street; thence running north 62 deg. 36 min. west a distance of 75.0 ft. along the northern edge of said Second Street to the point of beginning. Parcel II: designated as Lot #301 009 on the town map of the Town of Farmville.
