In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $47,000.00 (with interest) from Jay S. Barksdale and Terry T. Barksdale f/k/a Terry T. Wright, dated January 2, 2008 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County, Virginia in Instrument No. 200800052; default having occurred in the payment of the Note thereby secured and at the request of the holder (SLM Mortgage Corporation-VA), of said Note, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the entrance of the Circuit Court for the County of Prince Edward, Courthouse Building, 124 North Main Street, Farmville, Virginia 23901, on June 15, 2011 at 12:30 o'clock p.m., the property briefly described in said deed, located at the above address and briefly described as:

All that certain lot or piece or parcel of land, with the buildings thereon, situated, lying and being in the Hampden (erroneously shown in some deeds as Kampden) Magisterial District, Prince Edward County, Virginia, containing 1.00 acre, known and designated as Lot No. F, as shown on that plat made by Ralph P. Hines, C.L.S., dated November 15, 1972 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County in Deed Book 183, page 344.

This conveyance is made subject to all easements, rights of way, and restrictive covenants now of record and affecting subject property.
