Sandra Holcombe, dated October 23, 2006, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia, in Deed Book 337, at page 042, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash at public auction

BUCKINGHAM, VIRGINIA
On July 14, 2011 at 1:30 o'clock p.m.
ALL THAT CERTAIN TRACT or parcel of land with improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situated in Francisco Magisterial District, Buckingham County, Virginia, containing Twenty-Six and Seventy-Six/Hundredths (26.76) acres, more or less, said lands fronting on the centerline of Virginia Secondary Route #638 and being more particularly described as “26.76 acres”, by a plat of survey prepared by Roy M. Mason, L.S., dated September 29, 2005, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia, in Plat Cabinet A, Slide 151E, to which plat reference is hereby made for a more complete and accurate description of said lands.
LESS AND EXCEPT that portion of the aforesaid lands conveyed unto the Commonwealth of Virginia, for improvement of said Route #638 by Deed dated February 9, 1968, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 79, at page 100, et seq.

IT BEING IDENTICAL to that property conveyed to Mark Holcombe and Sandra Holcombe, Husband and Wife, as tenants by the entireties with the right of survivorship as at common law, by Deed from Raymond E. Agee and George T. Hoag, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia, in Deed Book 328, at page 179.
