The Town Council of the Town of Dillwyn hereby gives notice of its intention to adopt an ordinance regulating the abatement of blighted real property situated wholly or partially within the Town's corporate limits following a public hearing regarding such adoption to be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 12, 2011 in the Town Hall at 1030 Main Street in the Town of Dillwyn. A copy of the full text of the ordinance is on file in the office of the Clerk of the Town of Dillwyn in the Town Hall during the regular business hours of said office, namely 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (except holidays). Public inspections of the text of this proposed ordinance and public comment is invited.
