Notice is hereby given that the Virginia Electric & Power Co. seeking a permit to replace an existing timber h-frame with a steel h-frame pole and reinstall a 115kV aerial power transmission line requiring a 49-foot aerial crossing of Dry Creek with a minimum clearance of 56 feet and a 57-foot aerial crossing of the Appomattox River while maintaining an overwater clearance of 56 feet as well, along their right-of-way in Cumberland County.
