Buckingham Housing Development Corporation announces that on May 20, 2011, the Corporation shall make available for public review a draft copy of its Streamlined Annual Plan per the guidelines of 24 CFR Part 903.17. These documents shall be made available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Buckingham Housing Development Corporation, Gold Hill Village, #19, New Canton, Virginia, 23123 for a period of approximately 45 days. A Public Hearing has been scheduled for July 8, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. at Gold Hill Village, #19 office, New Canton, Virginia. At that time, Buckingham Housing shall receive and consider any and all comments prior to finalization of the agency Plan for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development.
