Terms of Sale: CASH. A bidders's deposit of ten percent (10%) of the bid price IN CASH, CASHIER'S OR CERTIFIED CHECK will be required at the time and place of the sale, balance upon tender of special warranty deed, settlement to be held within thirty (30) days from the date of sale.
