Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated July 8, 1997, in the original principal amount of $37,472.50 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Prince Edward, Virginia in Deed Book 0312, Page 442, the undersigned Substitute Trustees, will sell at public auction on May 5, 2011, at 11:00 a.m., in front of the building housing the Prince Edward County Circuit Court, Courthouse Building, 124 North Main Street, Farmville, VA, the property shown and described on that certain plat recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 178, Page 633, and shown on the said Plat as containing one acre, more or less.
