Mr. and Mrs. Harry Tucker Harrison III, of Lake Vista, Forest, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Jacqueline Lee Harrison, of Dallas, TX, to Tyler Keith Lowe, also of Dallas, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Collins and Mr. and Mrs. Keith Lowe, all of Athens, TX.

Jackie is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Tucker Harrison Jr., of Morningside, Cartersville, and Mrs. Elna Bigger Catselis, of Ocean Isle Beach, NC, and the late Mr. George John Catselis. She is also the great-granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Walter Harold Duncan and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Tucker Harrison, all of Cumberland County, the late Mr. and Mrs. James Richard Bigger, of Danville, and the late Mr. and Mrs. John George Catselis, of Norfolk. Tyler is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. James Lowe, of Temple, TX, and Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Beard of Athens, TX.

Jackie is a graduate of Virginia Episcopal School, Lynchburg, and the University of Virginia where she earned a B.A. in Foreign Affairs and History. She received her master's degree in Communications from Virginia Tech and is employed by the George W. Bush Presidential Center in Dallas, TX.

Tyler is a graduate of Athens High School, Athens, TX, and Texas A&M where he earned a B.A. in American Studies. He is employed by Collins Walker Inc. in Dallas, TX.

A May 2011 wedding at Brunswick Plantation near Ocean Isle Beach, NC, is planned.
