Mr. and Mrs. Robert W. and Ruth E. (Bush) Highland, of Lost Creek, WV, are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Miss Rebecca L. Highland, to William (Will) R. Bailey IV, son of Mr. and Mrs. William (Bill) R. and Melissa F. (Huddleston) Bailey III, of Farmville.

Rebecca is the granddaughter of Mrs. Deanna L. (Hawkins) Bush, of Quiet Dell, WV, and the late Mr. Charles B. Bush and the late Mr. S. Arnett and Mrs. L. Madge (Talkington) Highland.

Will is the grandson of Mrs. Lucy A. (Ore) Bailey, of Farmville, and Ms. Charlotte A. (Grogan) Bailey, of Charlottesville, and the late Mr. William (Bill) R. Bailey Jr., and the late Mr. Frank E. Huddleston and Mrs. Shirley (Cannon) Huddleston-Call.

Rebecca is a 2004 graduate of South Harrison High School (Harrison Co., WV) and a 2008 graduate of West Virginia University with a B.S. in Psychology.

Will is a 2003 graduate of Cumberland County High School and a 2007 graduate of West Virginia University with a B.MdS.

The couple plan a September 25 wedding at the Castle at Maryvale, Brooklandville, MD.
