Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained at the office of Malcolm Pirnie, Inc. located at 1100 Welborne Drive, Suite 100 upon payment of $350.00 for each set. Only complete sets can be purchased and are non-returnable. No refund or return of payment will be made.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at 1:00 P.M., at the office of the County Administrator, 13360 W. James Anderson Hwy., Buckingham, VA 23921. This will be the only opportunity for bidders to visit the site in the presence of the Owner and the Engineer.
