The object of this suit is to quiet title in Plaintiffs to certain lands listed as Tax Map #40 – 7 among the records of the Treasurer's Office of Buckingham County, Virginia, formerly owned by Helen H. Robertson, Susie H. Hughes, Elnora H. Brooks, Louise H. Chambers, John Louis Holman, Jocie H. Holland, Cornelia H. Fountain, James Milton Holman, Arthur Alfonzo Jones and John Henry Jones, Jr. It appearing that there may be non-residents or parties unknown who are appropriate Defendants herein, it is therefore ORDERED that any heirs, assigns, devisees or successors in interest to HELEN H. ROBERTSON, SUSIE H. HUGHES, ELNORA H. BROOKS, LOUISE H. CHAMBERS, JOHN LOUIS HOLMAN, JOCIE H. HOLLAND, CORNELIA H. FOUNTAIN, JAMES MILTON HOLMAN, ARTHUR ALFONZO JONES and JOHN HENRY JONES, JR., or anyone claiming an interest in said lands listed as Tax Map #40 – 7 among the records of the Treasurer's Office of Buckingham County, Virginia, appear before this Court on or before the 6th day of May, 2011, to state their claim and to appear in this suit.
