PENNSYLVANIA, March 1 – Joanna Carter Scheirer, 38, of Glen Mill, PA, formerly of Buckingham, passed away on Thursday, February 24, 2011 in Pennsylvania. She was born in Clifton Forge on September 23, 1972, to Wayne G. and Rebecca Simpson Carter of Buckingham. She was the wife of Anthony Scheirer of Glen Mill, PA.

Besides her parents and husband, she is survived by two brothers, Rex Carter and wife, Tara and Charlie Carter, all of Buckingham.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 1, at Antioch Union Baptist Church, with interment in the church cemetery.
