RICHMOND, Feb. 15 – Leonard Fransco “Butch” Lively Jr., 67, passed away in Richmond on Sunday, February 13, 2011. He was the son of the late Irene Brooks and Leonard Fransco Lively Sr. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Lively.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Mary Oliver Lively; two sisters, Marjorie L. Crowder of Chesterfield, and Sandra L. Hicks of Lexington, NC; three brothers, Timmy Lively and Jimmy Lively, both of Spokane, WA, and Randy Lively of Blackstone; numerous nieces and nephews; and best friend, Willie.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Dunkum Funeral Home, with interment in the Brown's Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Tuesday evening (tonight) from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the Buckingham County Rescue Squad.
