Clayton, Husband and Wife, dated April 15, 2010, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County, Virginia, as Instrument Number 201000639, and Tax Map Number 044–1- -1; default having occurred in the payment of interest and principal thereby secured, and at the request of the holder of the note secured thereby, the undersigned will offer the below described property for sale at public auction to the highest bidder for cash on Monday, February 21, 2011, at 1:30 p.m., on the front steps of the Prince Edward County Courthouse, Main Street, Farmville, Virginia 23901, the said property being described as follows:

ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, containing 1.25 acres, situate, lying and being in Prospect Magisterial District, Prince Edward County, Virginia, and known and designated as Lot No.1, as shown on that certain Plat made by D. L. Bowman, C.L.S., dated May 12, 1975, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County, Virginia, in Deed Book 195 at Page 214. Reference to said Plat is hereby expressly given for a more accurate and complete description of said property.
