In execution of a Deed of Trust from Lemon M. Booker dated March 11, 2004 and recorded in the Clerk's Office, Circuit Court, County of Cumberland, Virginia, as instrument number 20040411, securing a loan which was originally $76,000.00. Default having occurred in the payment of the Note thereby secured, and at the request of the holder of said Note, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will offer for sale at public auction at the County of Cumberland Circuit Courthouse, Highway 60, the main entrance, Cumberland Virginia on December 22, 2010 at 9:00 AM, the property described in said Deed of Trust, located at the above address and briefly described as: Madison Magisterial District, containing 3 acres more or less and described as follows: Beginning at a point on State Route No. 662, at the intersection of this parcel and the lands of Hugh Carter, which point is marked by an iron stake, and running thence along the line of Hugh Carter, on an old fence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 630 feet to a planted iron; thence along a new line in a southwesterly direction 210 feet to a planted iron; thence along a new line parallel to the Hugh Carter Line, in a northwesterly direction 630 feet to a point on State Route 662, at a planted iron; thence along State Route No. 662 210 feet to the point of beginning. Less and Except: a strip or parcel of land needed for the location and construction or other improvements of said road, so as to make a total width of right of way of 40 feet, same being measured 20 feet either side of center of road to be constructed or reconstructed, together with the temporary right and easement to use such additional areas as located and stated on the ground for out and/or fill slopes as being required for the property execution of the work.
