The object of this suit is to quiet title in the Plaintiffs in certain real estate consisting of 70 acres approximately one-half mile south of Howardsville, near VSR #602 in James River District of Buckingham County, Virginia, and it appearing that there may be parties unknown with an interest in said real estate and it further appearing that their heirs of Cambridge Moseley are parties unknown, it is therefore

ORDERED that all parties having an interest in subject property or proceeded against herein as parties unknown appear on or before the 21st day of February, 2011, and do what is necessary to protect their interest.
