Pursuant to the terms of a deed of trust dated July 2, 2008, in the original principal amount of $148,596.00, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Cumberland County, Virginia as Instrument No. 20081045, the property briefly described below will be offered for sale at public auction:
Parcel 1, containing 2.00 ac +/-, together with an easement for ingress and egress to Miller Lane, as shown on a plat recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office as Instrument No. 20060412, and as more particularly described in the referenced deed of trust.
The sale will take place on DECEMBER 14, 2010, AT 2:45 P.M., in front of the building housing the Circuit Court of Cumberland County, located on Route 60, Cumberland, VA.

The property and the improvements thereon will be sold “AS IS” and without representation or warranties of any kind. The sale is subject to all liens, encumbrances, conditions, easements and restrictions, if any, superior to the mentioned deed of trust and lawfully affecting the property.
Terms: A deposit in the form of CERTIFIED FUNDS in the amount of $14,000.00 or 10% of the successful bid, whichever is lower, is required of any bidder at the time of sale.
