COLOSIMO dated July 21, 1995, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND as Deed Book/Instrument #204 AT PAGE 433, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Cumberland located at Route 60, County Office Building, Cumberland, Virginia on November 29, 2010 at 2:15 PM, the property with improvements to wit:
CONTAINING 1.572 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, DESCRIBED ON A PLAT OF SURVEY MADE SEPTEMBER 9, 1976, A COPY OF WHICH IS RECORDED IN THE CLERK'S OFFICE, CIRCUIT COURT, CUMBERLAND, VIRGINIA, IN DEED BOOK 137, PAGE 350, AS FOLLOWS:
SAID LANDS ARE CONVEYED TOGETHER WITH AND SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT ALONG THE OLD ROAD SHOWN ON SAID PLAT, RUNNING TO STATE ROUTE 713, FOR THE USE OF THE GRANTEES, AND THE GRANTORS AND OTHER PARTIES OWNING LAND ALONG SAID OLD ROAD AND THE SUCCESSORS AND THEIR ASSIGNS OF THE GRANTEES AND THE GRANTORS.
