MUHAMMAD dated April 9, 2008, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF PRINCE EDWARD as Deed Book/Instrument #200801007, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Prince Edward located at 124 N. Main Street, Farmville, Virginia on November 29, 2010 at 3:00 PM, the property with improvements to wit:
PARCEL ONE: BEGINNING ON THE OLD ROAD FROM FARMVILLE TO PROSPECT WHERE THE WESTERN LINE OF HARDING FORE INTERSECTS; THENCE S 87 DEGREES W 100 FEET TO A STUB; THENCE IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION PARALLEL TO THE FORE LINE 205 FEET , MORE OR LESS , TO THE OLD ROAD FROM FARMVILLE TO PROSPECT; THENCE ALONG SAID ROAD, S 57-1/2 DEGREES E. 100 DEGREES TO THE HARDING FORE PROPERTY; AND THENCE ALONG HIS PROPERTY IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION 205 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
