In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $112,500.00 (with interest), from Kenneth C. Wallace, dated April 28, 2003 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Cumberland, Virginia in Instrument No. 03-757; default having occurred in the payment of the Note thereby secured and at the request of the holder, SLM Mortgage Corporation-VA, of said Note, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the entrance of the Circuit Court for the County of Cumberland, 1 Courthouse Circle, Cumberland, Virginia 23040, on December 3, 2010 at 1:00 o'clock p.m., the property briefly described in said deed, located at the above address and briefly described as:
All that certain lot or parcel of land, situated on Randolph Magisterial District, Cumberland County, Virginia, containing 1.0 acre, and being bounded on the North by State Route No. 699, on the West by Lewis Thompson, and on the East and South by Carl M. Thompson; it being more particularly described on a plat of Ralph P. Hines, C.L.S., dated March 16, 1978, and recorded in Deed Book 142, page 76.
Being more fully described in a deed dated 06/05/1984, and recorded 06/26/1984, in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the county and state set forth above, in Book 157, page 836.

LESS AND EXCEPT that portion of the property conveyed to the Commonwealth of Virginia by deed dated March 30, 1995 and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 204, page 684.
This conveyance is made subject to all easements, rights of way, and restrictive covenants now of record and affecting subject property.
