The object of this Complaint is to establish a boundary line between two parcels of land in Buckingham County, Virginia. Plaintiff Richard B. Branch, Jr. is the sole owner of one subject parcel. The heirs of Katherine Harris, namely David Harris and the following defendants in this action: Juanne R. Harris, Jaime C. Harris, John Glover, Deborah Sullivan, Darnell Serrette, and Omar Serrette, own the second subject parcel.

And upon plaintiff's motion and supporting affidavit that the whereabouts of John Glover, whose name, age and residence are unknown.

It is ORDERED that the said John Glover, whose name, age and residence are unknown, appear on or before the 7th day of January, 2011, at 10 a.m. in the Circuit Court for the County of Buckingham and do what is necessary to protect his interests.

It is further ORDERED that his order be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the following newspaper: Farmville Herald.

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk mail a copy of this Order to all counsel of record.
