In execution of a deed of trust dated May 22, 2006 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia, in Deed Book 330, at Page 840 from Benjamin P. Sharpe, Jr. to Vivian R. Seay, Trustee, and upon (duly recorded Substitution of Trustee recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office and default having been made in the payment of the debt secured, and at the request of the beneficiary under the said deed of trust the undersigned Sole Acting Trustee, has declared all the debts and obligations secured by the deed of trust due and payable and will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder on the front steps of the Buckingham County Courthouse, Virginia, on Friday, November 12, 2010, at 3:00 p.m.

All that certain tract or parcel of real estate, lying and being in the Curdsville District, containing 1.09 acres, as more particularly described on a plat of survey being of record in Deed Book 330, at Page 839, in the Circuit Court Clerk's Office. This conveyance is subject to all easements, restrictions, conditions, and reservations of record affecting the title to the property hereinabove described. The beneficiary reserves the right to bid at said sale.
