James W. (Billy) and Charlean O. Fowlkes are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary this week. They were married in Burkeville on November 18, 1950. They have four children and two daughters-in-law: David & Melinda; Donald & Carol; Martha, and Glenn, and seven grandchildren: Brian, Jenna, Suzanne, Daniel, Kathryn, Stuart, and Leanne.
